Trial Period
We offer all new subscribers a 7-day trial period to explore and experience all the features of our platform for a small fee. During this trial period, you will have full access to all our services and resources.
If you decide our services are not the right fit for you during the trial period, you can cancel your subscription before the 7 days are over. Please note that the trial fee is non-refundable, as it covers the cost of providing access to our platform during the trial period.

Refund Eligibility
Once the 7-day trial period has ended and your subscription transitions to a paid plan, you will be charged for the month ahead. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service or unused features. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

Technical issues: If you encounter significant technical difficulties that prevent you from using the services, and these cannot be resolved by our support team.
Involuntary charges: If you were mistakenly charged due to an error on our part.
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:
• Your account details (email address used for registration).
• A description of the issue or reason for the refund request.
• Any relevant evidence or screenshots to support your claim.

Refund Process
Upon receiving your request, our team will evaluate it within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to our services until the end of your current billing cycle, after which no further charges will be made. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time during the billing period.
